Wrapping Up MRO Americas 2025: Thank You for the Momentum
I have to tell you, I'm still of an MRO Atlanta mindset..
TL;DR — The MRO Wrap-Up You’ve Been Waiting For
MRO Americas 2025 was a turning point—for us, and for the aviation ERP space. We had incredible conversations, welcomed bold new customers (you know who you are), and felt the momentum shift. I have to tell you, I'm still of an MRO Atlanta mindset..
🙌 Thanks to everyone who followed our journey and sent kind words along the way. ERP.Aero is just getting started—and the future is fast, integrated, and aviation-native.
The Energy Was Real. The Conversations Were Even Better.
There’s a difference between going to a tradeshow and being part of a movement.
MRO Americas 2025 wasn’t just a booth, a demo, or a pitch—it was a signal. A very loud, very clear signal that the aviation aftermarket is done waiting for outdated systems to catch up. It’s moving on.
And for us at ERP.Aero, it was everything we hoped for and more.
From the moment the doors opened, we were met with a flood of familiar faces, new allies, curious skeptics, and bold decision-makers who were ready to talk about real change—not just upgrades, but transformation.
We heard it in the first hour and again in the last: “It’s about time someone rebuilt aviation ERP from the ground up.”
We couldn’t agree more. And judging by the energy on the floor, neither could you.
It Was Never Just About Features
Yes, we showcased automation. Yes, we walked through iRFQ. Yes, we showed off real-time quoting, vendor workflows, and instant POs. But what people kept coming back to—what made heads turn and notebooks fill up—was the clarity of our vision.
ERP.Aero isn’t a product. It’s a commitment. A commitment to aviation businesses that are tired of duct-tape workarounds. A commitment to speed, transparency, and native connectivity. A commitment to building a system that doesn’t fight you—it frees you.
We’re not in the business of half-measures. We don’t do bolt-ons. We don’t charge you for every connection you need to survive. And we’re not here to make things “slightly better.”
We’re here to redefine what your ERP should do—what it must do—to help you scale and stay ahead in the next 5 years of aftermarket growth. Our newest ERP.Aero army member said:
❝ “This is the first ERP I’ve seen that actually understands how we work—no fluff, no excuses, just performance.❝
You Know Who You Are: Welcome to ERP.Aero
There were two conversations at MRO that hit different.
You know who you are. You've been circling this decision for months. Maybe longer.
We’ve had the late-night emails. The “one last demo.” The “I’m not ready yet, but I know I need to move.” This week, you made the call. You said yes.
To that—we say: welcome aboard. It’s about time.
We’re honored you chose ERP.Aero as your platform, and we can’t wait to show you what life looks like on the other side of outdated software. Your operations team is going to feel the difference in days—not quarters.
And if you’re still on the fence? Still managing workarounds with two hands and one eye on the renewal bill? You don’t need another sales pitch. You need a system that respects your time, your budget, and your growth potential.
We built ERP.Aero for you.
The Questions That Matter
What stood out most at MRO wasn’t just the volume of conversations—it was the quality of them.
Gone are the days of surface-level questions like “How many users do you support?” or “Do you integrate with XYZ?” Now, aviation leaders are asking:
“How can we eliminate quoting chaos once and for all?”
“What’s our actual cost of delay?”
“How can we finally make compliance effortless and continuous?”
“Can we really go live in weeks, not months?”
“What are we missing by staying with a system we’ve outgrown?”
These are the conversations that matter. Because they aren’t about features. They’re about freedom.
The freedom to respond to RFQs in seconds—not hours. The freedom to ingest vendor quotes and convert them into POs instantly. The freedom to build a system around your workflows—not the other way around. The freedom to finally scale without drowning in headcount, spreadsheets, or audits.
When we sat down with operators, parts traders, MROs, and supply chain leads, the message was loud and clear: "We’re not looking for tools. We’re looking for alignment."
Where We’re Headed from Here
MRO 2025 was not the finish line. It was the starting gun.
ERP.Aero has never been more aligned—with the industry, with our customers, and with what aviation demands from its digital backbone. And we’re moving fast.
Here’s what’s ahead:
Fully Integrated eCommerce
No fees. No extra platforms. No complicated handoffs. ERP.Aero will give customers the ability to run their storefront, sync inventory, and process transactions—natively.
AI-Native iRFQ 2.0
We’re doubling down on the quote engine. Response time, accuracy, context-awareness—it’s all evolving. Expect fewer manual touches and smarter quote recommendations with every RFQ.
Flycovr Expansion
Embedded aviation insurance was just the beginning. We’re scaling coverage options, smart defaults, and liability workflows to make sure no company is underinsured or out of compliance.
Analytics, Not Just Reports
Compliance, margins, fulfillment, vendor performance—we’re delivering insights, not just dashboards. No more data paralysis. Just decisions, made confidently.
And for every customer who joined us this week—we’ll be delivering this with you, not just to you.
You’re not just buying software. You’re partnering with a team that picks up the phone, adapts fast, and builds side by side with you. That’s why our customers stay.
Final Words: Gratitude, Vision, and What Comes Next
To everyone who visited the booth, shook our hands, asked the hard questions, or shared their stories—thank you.
The week in Atlanta, and today, reminded us why we do what we do.
ERP.Aero was born from frustration. Built from necessity. And driven by a belief that aviation professionals deserve better tools, simpler workflows, and less stress.
But it’s the people we meet at events like MRO that bring it to life. You challenge us. You inspire us. You push us to keep solving the problems that slow this industry down. And we’re listening.
To our partners—thank you for helping us grow. To our competitors—thank you for the motivation. To our customers—thank you for your trust. To our newest onboarders—welcome. You made the right call. To the skeptics—our door is always open. Just bring your RFQs.
We’ll be following up in the coming days with resources, next steps, and new conversations. But for now, we’re taking a moment to reflect.
Because what happened at MRO wasn’t just a great event—it was a signal.
And we’re just getting started.
